Stones kept falling out
This is a beautiful ring that i chose as an eternity ring. However i had to have the ring replaced 3 times as stones kept falling out. After the 3rd ring, i got a credit note and chose something else. This must be a design fault as the same problem with 3 seperate rings cannot be a coincidence. Ernest Jones customer service at Braehead however was excellent.

Gorgeous
My boyfriend purchased this as a birthday present and I adore it. It's quite delicate but very unusual and looks stunning on. Would buy this ring over and over again.
