Plain sailing with SEIKO

SEIKO sponsors the equally adrenalin filled, but somewhat wetter sport of sailing in the International 49er Class. This is the first time that SEIKO has sponsored international sailing and their accompanying range of SEIKO Velatura watches takes its place alongside Premier, Sportura and Arctura as one of SEIKO's Elite collections.

SEIKO diving

This tradition of ocean going SEIKO watches began in 1965 with SEIKO's first diving watch. Possibly the greatest test of a watch manufacturers skill is the diving watch, which must tolerate and withstand the pressures and demands of submersion. SEIKO's innovation at the time was to use the first titanium case in a watch which could dive to 600m. Several decades later the Velatura continues SEIKO's mission to design the perfect diver's watch.
