Gift options

At Ernest Jones we make sending a gift easy and receiving a gift a truly special experience with our range of gift options. You'll be given the opportunity to make your order a gift when you reach checkout.

Gift packaging

We've created a beautiful range of gift packaging for that extra wow factor. For £3, you can have your gift sent in a stylish silver box, decorated with a gold ribbon. We'll also include a greetings card, personalised with your own message.

Gift packaging is charged once per order, regardless of how many items are in that order. Where possible, we'll wrap all your items together in one gift box.

Sending a gift

You can choose to have your gift delivered directly to the recipient at any UK address (Please note that when delivering to a recipient, your name and address will appear on the despatch note sent with the gift item) or you can have it delivered to you. Alternatively, you can have it sent free of charge to your local Ernest Jones store. However, if you do choose this option, you will need to collect your order from the store yourself as we will need to see the payment card used to pay, for identification purposes.
