Interest Free Period

Allocation of payments
We will apply payments we receive to your account in the following order:
- Insurance premiums
- Interest, Charges or Fees (in that order)
- Special Transactions (minimum payment as shown on your statement)
- Other Transactions (minimum payment as shown on your statement)
- Buy Now Pay Later transactions about to complete their promotional period (in the order that they come out of their Promotional Periods)
- Transactions other than Buy Now Pay Later transactions still in their Promotional Period.
- Buy Now Pay later transactions which are still in their promotional period (in the order that they will come out of their Promotional Period).

Minimum repayment
The full balance outstanding if it is less than £4, otherwise 4% (minimum £4) of the outstanding balance.

Minimum credit limit of £25, maximum credit limit subject to status.
Advance payments
10% deposit required for 9 month Interest Free Credit and Payment Plan products. 20% deposit required for 12 month Interest Free Credit product.

No Quibble Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your Ernest Jones Card, please call our Customer Services on 0871 522 5134 and take advantage of our No Quibble Guarantee. Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and security purposes. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras. If you contact us within 60 days of opening your Account and then pay your outstanding balance within 30 days, we will close your Account for you and waive the interest charges and fees (we may require the notification in writing). This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Payment Plan
The payment plan is available subject to approved credit limit. Credit is provided under a Payment Plan agreement. In order to take out a Payment Plan you must first take out an Ernest Jones Card agreement, though there is no obligation to receive an Ernest Jones Card.
Typical 14.9% APR variable. You must make monthly repayments of the amount shown on your credit agreement. Typical example: Purchase price is £1,000 less an initial deposit of £100. You must make 23 monthly payments of £43.66 and one final payment of £43.45. Total amount payable £1,147.63.Credit is subject to status to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
