Insurance replacements

We offer free consultations and itemised estimates for insurance replacement and we are authorised by all of the leading insurers to supply replacement items direct to policy holders.

How to use your insurance replacement card

You can use your insurance replacement card either on its own or in conjunction with another payment method. It can be used for purchases at ernestjones.co.uk, hsamuel.co.uk or in any Ernest Jones, H.Samuel or Leslie Davies store in the UK. For online purchases you will be asked on the Payment Details page in checkout if you have an insurance card, simply click the button within the insurance replacement cards section to enter your card details. The payments will be taken from the insurance cards in the order that you enter them on the insurance cards payment page within checkout. It is not possible to deduct chosen amounts from separate cards to make up the total purchase price. You can use up to 2 insurance cards and/or gift cards combined per order.

Checking your card balance

The balance outstanding will be displayed on till receipts issued when the card is used to make a purchase in store.

Full insurance replacement card terms and conditions

• This product card can be exchanged for goods or services at ernestjones.co.uk, hsamuel.co.uk or in any Ernest Jones, H.Samuel or Leslie Davies store in the UK.
• It can be used for full or part payment.
• No change will be given; any remaining balance is left on the card and can be spent on future purchases.
• The remaining balance can be checked in store.
• The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This card remains the property of Signet Trading Ltd.
• For all terms and conditions relating to the use of this card, please refer to the accompanying letter.
