RETURNS POLICY

• In the event of returning any or all items in your purchase, the free lab-grown diamond ring must be returned.
  
• Subject to the following, all clearance items purchased can be returned to store for an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Non-clearance items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days. Please note that warranty purchased on a monthly plan is excluded from the extended returns policy. Normal returns policy of 30 days applies.
  
• Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition with the original purchase receipt and in the original packaging, unless the item is proved faulty.
  
• All items for piercings (such as earrings) are excluded, unless items for piercings are returned unopened and in their original sealed bag.
  
• All personalised items (such as personalised rings) and Create Your Own Products are also excluded, unless the item is proved faulty.
  
• Items purchased in Ernest Jones Outlet stores must be returned to Ernest Jones Outlet stores only.
  
• These terms do not affect your consumer rights. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
