Bad quality
Snapped after a couple days wearing it, don’t recommend
Beautiful silver ankle bracelet
Very prompt delivery. I wasn't expecting it until Friday so was surprised to receive it today, Wednesday. It arrived in an Ernest Jones gift box and I'm pleased with the quality and style of the anklet which I have bought as a gift. This was purchased on sale too, so I made a saving of £10. Extremely pleased. Thank you
Poor customer service & no gift packaging
So disappointed, I ordered this product to include gift wrapping and a card with a message. The product arrived in store and I went along to collect it on my way to see the person it was for. When I arrived in store waited ages to be served (only two people on shops floor, both busy) . When I was eventually served, the product had arrived in store in a tiny plastic bag, no gift packaging and no gift card with the message on it. I had paid extra for this. The shop assistant tried to palm me of with a vile plain slime green coloured gift box. I collected the present and then had to go to Clintons to purchase gift wrapping and a card - more expense !! So disappointed with this service and level of customer care. Staff did not seem bothered.
