Great watch awful condition.

This is my second and last purchase with Ernest Jones. The previous purchase was returned to store simply because of the poor condition of the supposedly “brand new” watch and unfortunately this is the same. This watch was my second attempt to purchase a gift from Ernest Jones for my wife birthday and once again I feel incredibly let down. The watch looked worn, and has hairline scratches and was not brand new. It clearly was not quality checked prior to postage as it even came with a lovely finger print on the glass. I called customer service, and although the lady was extremely nice and apologetic it didn’t solve the issue. No offer of sending a replacement to store where I can exchange the watch was offered, it was just a sorry. Raymond Weil is great brand but not only has Ernest Jones let them down but a potential loyal customer.
