What Can’t Be Engraved?
We don’t currently offer engraving services on leather goods, glass, crystal, enamel or ceramic unless they have a section of metal on them upon which to work. Of course, then we would be able to engrave them the same way as other metal jewellery or keepsakes.
Do All Ernest Jones Stores Offering Engraving Services?
Yes. The good news is that you can take your jewellery to any Ernest Jones store where our experts will talk you through the process, give you a quote and ensure the utmost care of your jewellery. We want you to be thrilled with the finished result, so we will ensure you have a full understanding of how your concept will turn out. We will usually have your engraved jewellery back and ready to be loved within 10 days.
What Jewellery Can Be Engraved?
We focus on engraving rings, bangles, pendants, bracelets & watches but if it’s metal and has an engravable space we should be able to engrave on it using our professional tools and know-how. We can engrave jewellery as small as 0.5mm in diameter or thickness and engraving on a curve is no problem either. However, 0.5mm is minuscule, so do ensure that if you are looking specifically for engravable wedding bands, you choose something upon which you will be able to read the engraved message.
