If you would like to have your Father's Day gifts engraved, please place your order before 2pm on Monday 2 June.
Delivery options
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard or Next Day delivery. Remember that you will need someone to sign for Next Day deliveries.
You can also choose to have your order sent free of charge to a UK Ernest Jones store of your choice for you to collect it. Please note that Standard and Next Day delivery are not available on store collection orders.
Unfortunately, we can't deliver to addresses or stores in Eire or the Channel Islands.

Store collection
You can choose to have your order sent to any Ernest Jones store in the UK for you to collect it. This is a free service. Unfortunately, we can't deliver to Ernest Jones stores in Eire or the Channel Islands.
Please note that Standard and Next Day delivery are not available on store collection orders.
We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again to let you know that your order is on its way to the store and will be available for collection shortly.
For your security, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store. They must bring along the payment card used to place the order and their order number. If you ordered as a gift for someone else, the recipient cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.

Delivery charges
We offer free Standard delivery for orders of £50 to £149.99.
We offer free Next Day delivery for orders of £150 or more.
Standard delivery costs £3 for orders under £50.
Next Day delivery costs £5 for orders under £150.
Store collection is free for all orders.
Free delivery
We offer free Standard delivery for orders of £50 to £149.99. We offer free Next Day delivery for orders of £150 or more. If you choose to collect your order from an Ernest Jones store, delivery will be free.
When will you receive your order?
You will be provided with expected delivery times when you select your delivery option in checkout but here is a guideline:
Standard delivery
If you place your order Sunday to Thursday, you should receive it 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and Bank holidays) after placing your order.
If you place your order on a Friday, you should receive it 2-4 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) after placing your order.
Please note that Standard delivery is not available on store collection orders.
Next Day delivery
If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the following day, including Saturdays.
If you place your order after 2pm Monday to Friday or anytime at weekends or on a Bank Holiday, you will receive your order within 2 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Please note that Next Day delivery is not available on store collection orders.
Store collection
Store collection times vary depending on the store you choose. You will be provided with expected delivery times for stores near you when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, however, your order will be ready for collection in a maximum of 9 days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place it.
