Buying jewellery is an incredibly personal experience. At Ernest Jones, we offer a huge selection of beautiful pieces to suit a wide range of tastes. However, some customers wanted even more choice and asked for a one-off jewellery creation service. Our Jewellery Design Service gives you just that - the opportunity to turn your dream into a unique piece of jewellery.

How it works

Jewellery design service

Visit your nearest Ernest Jones store where a store associate will be pleased to discuss your requirements with you and send your request to our design department. Your ideas will be transformed into a workable design and your bespoke piece of jewellery will be manufactured at our workshop in the heart of Birmingham's world renowned Jewellery Quarter.

Design days

Alternatively, come along to one of our special Design Days, held at most Ernest Jones stores, and you can discuss your ideas with one of our trained design co-ordinators. What we can do

Shaped wedding rings

We specialise in creating wedding rings that fit perfectly with your engagement ring. You can choose from our catalogue or work with our design department to create a new design to your specifications. And, if you want, we'll create a detailed picture of your wedding ring for you to approve before the item is manufactured.

Unique pieces of jewellery

Working with you, we can create any piece of jewellery you desire - rings, pendants, earrings, brooches and much more. Our Birmingham workshop uses state-of-the art design software and traditional techniques to produce your design.

Resetting and restyling

We also offer a makeover service for customers who have treasured pieces of jewellery that they want to have altering or updated. Perhaps you'd like a stone in a yellow gold setting made into a white gold ring or have a missing stone replaced. We can give any piece of jewellery a brand new lease of life.
