How it works – from sketch to reality

1. Consultation

Visit any Ernest Jones store where one of our store associates will be pleased to discuss your requirements. Working with you, we can create any piece of jewellery you desire - rings, pendants, earrings, brooches and much more.

2. Ideas

We will take you through the materials, diamond cuts, settings, carat weights and size options. Atelier offers you a unique experience with total control over the design of your jewellery and expert advice.

3. Final designs

Once we have discussed your options and you have designed your jewellery, Atelier designers will transform your ideas into a workable design for your approval.

4. Creating your unique jewellery

When you have agreed to the final designs, your bespoke piece of jewellery will be handcrafted at our Atelier workshop using traditional and state-of-the-art techniques. When it has to be one of a kind.

Unique and affordable

We will work within your budget to create an affordable unique piece that perfectly captures the moment for you or your loved one.

What we can do

Shaped wedding rings

We specialise in creating wedding rings that fit perfectly with your engagement ring. You can choose from our catalogue or work with our design department to create a new design to your specifications. And, if you want, we'll create a detailed picture of your wedding ring for you to approve before the item is manufactured.

Unique pieces of jewellery

Working with you, we can create any piece of jewellery you desire - rings, pendants, earrings, brooches and much more. Our Birmingham workshop uses state-of-the art design software and traditional techniques to produce your design.

Resetting and restyling

We also offer a makeover service for customers who have treasured pieces of jewellery that they want to have altering or updated. Perhaps you'd like a stone in a yellow gold setting made into a white gold ring or have a missing stone replaced. We can give any piece of jewellery a brand new lease of life.
