I haven't spent the full value of my Gift Card — what happens to the remaining balance?

It stays on the card, ready to put towards a future purchase, right up until the card expires.

Is there an expiry period for my Gift Card?

Yes, gift Cards expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use, and the remaining balance will be deducted at that point. A balance check counts as use, so checking in keeps the card active. See our full terms and conditions for details.
